RETURN policy

As I'm sure you'll understand, but due to the highly personalised nature of bespoke eulogy writing services:

Payments may be required in advance or in stages, depending on the commission.
Payments may be non-refundable once work has begun.
Refund requests are considered on an individual basis.

Because bespoke custom work cannot be “returned,” completed writing services are generally non-refundable, however:

To request a refund, please email hello@postscripteulogies.com or respond to the email that you received with your speech.

PostScript Eulogies offers a full refund of your purchase within one (1) calendar day of your initial purchase, providing work has not yet been started or completed (in relation to a pre-agreed timescale).

After one calendar day, your purchase is final and no refund will be granted.

Please allow up to 10 business days to process refunds.
